A concert titled 'Silk Road Ode: Years and Glory,' funded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and organized by Lele Chinese Orchestra Co., Ltd.

During the National Day period, the concert centers on the cultural theme of the Silk Road, showcasing the spirit of inclusiveness, exchange, and mutual learning of Chinese civilization, as well as the nation's progress and glory throughout its development, through classic contemporary Chinese ethnic music works.

This concert features renowned Chinese composer Jiang Ying, resident composer of the China Symphony Orchestra, who will personally visit Hong Kong for artistic exchange. She will perform alongside several nationally acclaimed musicians, including Jin Yue (erhu), principal of the Central National Orchestra; Feng Mantian, first-class performer of the National Centre for the Performing Arts; Niu Jiandang, suona player of the Central National Orchestra; and Yao Liang (violin), deputy concertmaster of the China Symphony Orchestra, presenting a special concert of Jiang Ying's works.

The concert will feature large-scale ethnic orchestral works such as 'Silk Road,' 'Impression of Chinese Music · Grand Suite,' and 'Hardship and Glory,' as well as concerto and chamber music pieces including 'A Thought,' 'Rise and Fall,' 'Xintianyou Fantasy,' and 'Ode to Time.' Through rich and diverse musical language, the concert will depict the historical echoes of Silk Road civilization and compose a magnificent chapter of the spirit of the times.

This concert is not only a high-level artistic event but also a platform for cross-regional and cross-cultural exchange, connecting Hong Kong and mainland China through music to promote China's excellent traditional culture and jointly compose the grandeur of the era.
